Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins at 11:00 AM ET on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 and ends at 8:00 PM ET on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

During the Entry Period, complete any of the following actions on the Giveaway page at aamintcards.show. Each action may be completed once and is worth the entries shown. Regardless of how many actions you complete, no person may earn more than nine (9) total entries.

Social-media and website-visit entries are self-reported. All such entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, and Sponsor may void any entry it cannot verify or reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or duplicative.

The booth bonus may be earned only once per person for the entire Giveaway, regardless of how many events or days you attend or how many booth QR codes you scan. It requires scanning the QR code displayed at an AA Mint Cards booth on the day of your visit.

No purchase, payment, social-media follow, subscription, website visit, or event attendance is necessary to enter or win. Submitting your name and email on the Giveaway page is free and earns one (1) entry with the same chance of winning as any other single entry. Submitting an entry is a voluntary, affirmative act; by submitting your entry you expressly consent to receive marketing email from Sponsor, as disclosed at the point of entry directly at the submit control before you complete your entry. Marketing consent earns no additional entries, has no effect on your chance of winning, and is not a condition of this free entry method. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, without affecting your entries.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Thursday, August 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Before any prize is awarded, the selected entrant’s claimed entry actions will be verified by Sponsor. If the selected entrant cannot be verified, is found to have submitted false or fraudulent entries, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the required time, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process repeats until a verified, eligible winner is confirmed.

The winner will choose one (1) of the following two options. Only the selected option is awarded; the other is not:

Option A: A 2003-04 Upper Deck Collectibles LeBron James “Rookie of the Month” autographed card, serial-numbered to twenty-three (/23), PSA/DNA authenticated; or

Option B: A $4,999.00 AA Mint Cards promotional credit, awarded at no cost as a prize. It is not a gift card or gift certificate and is not purchased. It is redeemable toward merchandise at the AA Mint Cards retail store and online at aamintcards.com; non-transferable; no cash value; not redeemable for cash; and expires twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to the winner.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $4,999.00. No cash or other substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner will be notified using the contact information provided, on or about Thursday, August 6, 2026, and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected per Section 7.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, and to provide a completed IRS Form W-9. The prize is taxable; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity.

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor’s Giveaway Privacy Notice, available at aamintcards.show/privacy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing email from Sponsor, as described in Section 5; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entries.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Meta, TikTok, Whatnot, YouTube, X Corp. (Twitter/X), or Fanatics, Inc. Any third-party names or marks are referenced for identification only.

For the winner’s name, send a request to Sponsor at the address in Section 1 after August 6, 2026.

This Privacy Notice explains how AA Collectables Inc. DBA AA Mint Cards (“AA Mint Cards,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Fanatics Fest Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) hosted at aamintcards.show. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Notice, and you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described here.

This Notice applies only to information collected through the Giveaway, which has two entry paths:

• The online entry form at aamintcards.show; and
• The in-person booth QR page at aamintcards.show/booth, reached by scanning the QR code at an AA Mint Cards booth at a live event.

This Notice does not govern information collected through our retail websites, our physical store, in-store activity, or any other AA Mint Cards service.

We collect the following information when you enter the Giveaway. Not every item is collected on both entry paths — the table notes where each applies.

The Giveaway entry forms collect name and email only — the booth QR page collects email only — and do not collect telephone numbers. No purchase, payment, or phone number is required to enter or to win. AA Mint Cards separately operates an SMS marketing program that some customers have opted into; that program is governed by the consent they gave when they joined it and by the instructions in each message (for example, reply STOP to opt out). This Notice governs the data collected through the Giveaway entry forms described above.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and count your Giveaway entries;
• Verify your eligibility and claimed entry actions before awarding a prize;
• Show you your entry confirmation code on screen at the time of entry, and — if you are selected as a winner — contact you by email with your winner notification. Any winner-notification email is necessary to administer the Giveaway and is separate from marketing email;
• Detect and prevent fraud, duplicate entries, and automated or bot activity;
• Send you marketing email about AA Mint Cards, as described in Section 6; and
• Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including any tax reporting required for a prize award.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the Giveaway on our behalf, each of which processes data under its own privacy and security terms:

• Klaviyo — email delivery. Used to send winner notification email if you win, and to manage our promotional email list, which entrants join by entering the Giveaway.
• Supabase — secure database that stores entry records.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot detection on the online entry form. The booth QR page does not use Turnstile; booth entries are protected instead by a rotating, date-limited access code that changes each day of the event.
• Netlify — hosting of the Giveaway pages (may process technical and access data such as IP address).

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce the Official Rules, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AA Mint Cards or others.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Meta, TikTok, Whatnot, YouTube, X Corp. (Twitter/X), or Fanatics, Inc. Those platforms do not receive your Giveaway entry data from us.

We retain Giveaway entry data for as long as needed to administer the Giveaway, verify the winner, and meet our tax, legal, and recordkeeping obligations. Because a prize award may create tax reporting obligations, records relating to the winner may be retained for the period required by applicable tax law. Entrants remain on our promotional email list until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your Giveaway entry data as described in Section 7, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Entry confirmation and winner notification. When you enter, your confirmation code is shown to you on screen at the time of entry — we do not send it to you by email. If you are selected as a winner, we will contact you by email using the address you provided. Any such winner-notification email is necessary to administer the Giveaway and is not marketing email.

Marketing email (consent given by entering). Submitting a Giveaway entry is a voluntary, affirmative act. By submitting your entry, you expressly consent to receive marketing email from AA Mint Cards about our products, drops, and events. This consent is disclosed to you at the point of entry, directly at the submit control, before you complete your entry, and completing your entry constitutes your agreement to it. Marketing consent does not affect your chance of winning and is not a condition of the free entry method described in Section 5 of the Official Rules. You may withdraw this consent at any time: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out is immediate and does not affect your Giveaway entries. If you do not wish to receive marketing email, do not submit an entry through the Giveaway page; no purchase or entry is necessary and declining does not disadvantage you in any way permitted by law.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us at privacy@aamintcards.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Giveaway is open only to entrants 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 in connection with the Giveaway. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Giveaway data, including encrypted storage and access controls through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Giveaway page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
